I don’t play Colosseum enough. It is basically a set-collection game with an auction component, but the fact that your end score only amounts to the BEST event (tile collection) you create at any point during the game, makes the game quite unique. It is a faint spiritual successor to the original Battleship in only one tiny mechanism that utilizes a grid to determine hits on a spacecraft. The board game is garnering a lot of favorable reviews due to it’s excellent pre-painted spacecraft miniatures and that fact [...]  Yeah, I’m extremely late with this one, but I’m sure there are many people out there who haven’t yet tried Alien Swarm… the free game that Valve released on Steam. If you have a Steam account you can just log in, download Alien Swarm, and play the heck out of it for free. Alien [...] Check it out. Sort like Grid Wars.
