RyanAir CEO Suggests Cutting out the Co-Pilot

"Let the bloddy computer fly it"

Direct from the “Oh My Goodness” files:

Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary suggests getting rid of the co-pilot to cut air travel costs. O’Leary suggests that a flight attendant on each flight could be trained to help land a plane if something goes wrong.

“If the pilot has an emergency, he rings the bell, he calls her in,” said O’Leary. “She could take over.”

“I’m having a heart attack.”  Ringy-dingy-dingy!  Ringy-dingy-dingy!  …help…  Ringy-dingy-dingy!
