We here at Ooine.com have absolutely NOTHING to do with Magic Jack customer support, so we can’t help you solve your problem other than pointing out something so plainly obvious that is wouldn’t boggle the mind of a 3-year old.

You claim to have “ordered the service for three years”, and you submit your receipt as proof.  However, the receipt clearly shows that you only paid for 1 year.  You got the service you paid for.  The end.  You did not “order the service for three years” and the receipt clearly shows that.

You are the one with the error and we wish we could be there when Magic Jack points this out to you.
