Here is the Lunitidal Interval for the Western Long Island Sound, including the cities of Stamford, Norwalk, Westport, and Greenwich Connecticut. I calculated this value based upon other published values of different variables. It may not be perfectly correct, but all of my checks against it have proven fairly accurate.
The Lunitidal Interval is: 11 hours and 10 minutes
Here are the variables I used to calculate this value:
Longitude: 73 degrees 24.9 minutes (which equals 73.415 degrees)
Greenwich High Water Interval for Rowayton, CT: 3.81 hours
Local High Water Lunitidal Interval = 3.81 – (0.069 * 73.415) = 11.16 = 11 hours 10 minutes
I verified this number by entering into my Casio GLX-5600. I then had the watch show me predicted tides across various dates through the end of 2010. I checked these predictions against local tide tables. The results were all fairly accurate.
I hope that I just saved you a lot of time. Cheers.
