Oprah gets rightfully slammed by Newsweek

It wouldn’t necessarily wrong to label Oprah as the Queen of Wacky Pseudo-science.  She and her guests make claim after claim about alternative medicine and practices that either have,

• a) been repeatedly proven to have no beneficial effect (homeopathy), or
• b) have been repeatedly proven to be harmful (anti-vaccination)

Well, finally the mainstream media is attempting to call her out.  Newsweek just published a 6-page article on her general wackiness and harmful message.  It goes into relative detail about her dangerous Jenny McCarthy connection and other harmful threads.  It’s worth a read if you are sick of Oprah going unchallenged.
