    I make an international call and it doesnt connect but it still takes the minutes. It doesnt connect so i dont talk but it still takes my minutes. So either put the money back or add the lost minutes.

    Did I just waste my money? Did Everything by the book.Got a number can call it, can’t login with info given password or email. WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? Guess I will have to get my money back.

  • I’m unabled to use my magicjack phone for almost two weeks now. I subscribed the phone service for five years, and I can’t utilize the service I paid for. I see I am not the only one having problem with magicjack phone. I spent more than ten hours chatting with their live agent representative in different intervals, and what they do, they took me through the same pattern of assisting me, and never get resolved. I regreted for letting couple of them to go on my website and fix what?? They messed up my website big time. MagicJack keeps saying to connect to the Internet, and I’m connected with the Internet. What are they trying to do with all of us? I kind of wonder now if this is a legitimate phone service when I see the number of 668 customers complaining.

    After SEVERAL hours and SEVERAL hold on while I trans to another agent chat. NOTHING happened except waste of time. However it did feel good to crush the POS and tell everyone I know BEWARE and DONT even think about purchasing Magic POS that does not work. The magic part is you money and time dissappear

    mAGIC jack is the BIGGEST waste of time and money I have ever seen. You dial a number ( if you get a dial tone) and it goes back to a dial tone. If you do manage to make a call, the words start to break up and you can’t understand each other. End of that conversation! We bought the 5 year deal thinking we got a good deal. The only one who got the GOOD DEAL was MAGIC JACK!!! HOPE YOU READ THIS MAGIC JACK!!!!!!

    i hope all you people have contacted the better business bureau like i did today. mj charged my credit card for a five year plan that i didnt order and now they say they cant return my money or cancel my service!

    The first year magicjack was ok, then paid the 5 year subscription and the service is useless. Unable to contact magicjack to complain. The only number they have listed is about billing. HUH. I wouldn’t advise magicjack to anyone.

    I can’t make a payment by internet for some reason. Can’t call and make a payment because no one will answer. I would never use magiccrap for a main phone becasue of the poor quality but this is ridiculous when you can’t even make a payment

    I have tried to renew my magicjack on the 28th August 2011 by completing the required form. My order Number is TS11432053 however up until this date my jack is not working,the form is popping up my magic jack box since says please fill out form and i have been billed twice for my renewal.     A complete waste of time. I have tried many fixes on line both from there so call help and by Google serch. Nothing works. Can’t talk to a real person for help. This is the poorest service I have ever encontured in my 69 years of existance. Save your money in the future don’t buy what they are selling. Its “Crap”.

  • Easy call your CC provider and have the charges removed from your account, they will just back charge Magic Jack, If it happens enough Magic Jack will not be allowed to process credit cards anymore. Ive had mine for over a year with no problems, just got another one and whalla, nothin doin’

    Last weekend, my Magic Jack stopped working and when I went to http://www.my.magicjack.com to renew my subscription, I found that my subscription had not expired and is good through January 23, 2012. I also found that there is NO CUSTOMER CARE option on the website. I have not been able to talk to my children in the States for almost a week! Every post to this blog is a complaint about the quality of service or the scam of paying for a subscription and then being disconnected before the subscription term is up. I am so frustrated I will just have to change to SKYPE, but there has to be a way to make MaGic Jack reimburse everyone for the rip off… HELP!!!

    we paid for 5 years and everything you could think of has happened with it at times we are not able to make calls, or it will make the call an drop it befor the other party answers, or the person you call want be able to hear you. I have a two year old and need to have a phone service that works I wonder if mj understand the importance of that or are you just money hungry and have no reguards for others thanks for nothing judgement comes from God

    Iv’e read all of these terrible comments on here and now I’m really getting scared… I ordered my jack Oct, 16th and haven’t received it yet either. And I paid 85.00 when they say 69.–. I hope I don’t have trouble knocking at my door. If so, I will contact the local tv investigators and tell them what’s going on. They will put it on the local news. Maybe you all should try this….

    It does not matter if you have the # 1 Award wining Product. Even a good Name.
    But bad service is a problem.
    and no service is worst.
    and a bad name is so quick to spread. So lets not fool our selves. no service = no sales.
    My Problem is I cannot access my Acc,because my E/Mail Acc. closed by .com now I have a new E/Mail & PastWord,
    I cannot order nor update nor change my present Phone # nor Pay for more years of serviec, so I have no choice
    But to call this A bad Product. Investment Bad. Do I ceromend IT? Answer. NO.NO. NO
