That’s right. The first one was a black GameBoy SP in perfect physical and working condition. I ended up selling it on eBay for about $40.
This time I was driving along and saw something bright blue on the side of the road. You know, there’s a LOT of good crap sitting on the side of the road if you look for it. I thought to myself, “that blue thing didn’t look like trash.” So I circled back, parked and walked over to it. Yep, I knew it… it was a blue Nintendo DS. Grabbed it.
Back in my car, I opened it up to find that the LCD screens, both of them, were cracked and otherwise busted up. But looking around the edges of the unit surprised me with a perfectly brand new looking Pokemon Pearl game card! Now that’s a pretty good find!
Since I don’t have a DS and I don’t intend to get one, I’ll be sending Pokemon Pearl to a friend of mine who works for a certain large software company in Washington.

When you can’t find your own discarded handhelds on the side of the road the next best thing is to be friends with the guy that does
Thanks!
BTW- Just realized that the old RSS feeds don’t work anymore! You could have made one last entry on your old site that you were switching over. I thought you were just slacking this whole time.
